Terms for using Drishq MarketCheck.

Service availability and access

Drishq MarketCheck includes a public storefront scanner and a Shopify app available through the Shopify App Store. Both currently provide on-demand diagnostic checks. The installed app reads product status, inventory, Markets, publication and contextual pricing for products and markets selected by the merchant.

Automatic monitoring, saved scan history, coverage controls and downloadable reports are not currently available. Using the public scanner does not install the Shopify app, grant Shopify permissions or create a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You may use Drishq MarketCheck only for lawful storefront testing and evaluation. You must not submit private or credential-protected systems, disrupt a storefront, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit malicious code or unnecessary personal data, misrepresent sample results as a real scan, or violate another person's rights.

Public storefront URLs

You may submit only public Shopify product URLs you are authorised to test. By submitting a URL, you ask Drishq MarketCheck to make automated requests to check public product, localisation, cart, and shipping behaviour. The scanner may create and clear a temporary test cart; it does not submit checkout or place an order.

Scanner limitations and results

Results report what public checks observe at a particular time and can be affected by storefront customisation, password protection, bot controls, network conditions, location logic, rate limits, third-party apps, and later changes.

Passed, failed, or unverified results are diagnostic information, not guarantees of sales, availability, compliance, delivery, or future behaviour. Confirm important findings independently.

Plans and billing

The current on-demand installed scan is available without a charge inside the app. Drishq does not initiate a charge from the current application interface. Any future paid capability must display its price and require the merchant's approval through Shopify before charging.

Intellectual property and submitted information

Drishq MarketCheck's software, design, branding, reports, documentation, and original content are owned by Club 70 or used with permission. These terms provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You keep rights in information you submit and permit Club 70 to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve Drishq MarketCheck as described in the Privacy Policy.

Shopify App Store app

Merchants who install the Shopify app authorize read-only access through Shopify. Drishq MarketCheck uses that access to inspect products, inventory, Markets, contextual pricing, and publication status for requested diagnostics. It does not request permission to modify catalog data or access customers, orders, or payments.

Installed-app results reflect Shopify data available at the time of a scan. They remain diagnostic information subject to Shopify configuration, API availability, permissions, and later merchant changes.

Third-party services

Drishq MarketCheck relies on hosting infrastructure, Shopify's platform and public Shopify storefronts. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Suspension, disclaimers and liability

Club 70 may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, manage the beta, or address a breach. Drishq MarketCheck is provided on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that a result will remain accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Club 70 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Rights and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

Club 70 may update the service or these terms as the beta evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or forum applicable law gives you, with disputes subject to the courts in India.
