Information you provide

Depending on how you use Drishq MarketCheck, you may provide:

• a public Shopify product URL, store URL or hostname, plus the markets you want checked;
• an optional suggestion about the scanner;
• your name and email address when you join a beta waitlist;
• your selected beta interest and monitoring preferences;
• a required 1–5 product rating and monthly willingness-to-pay research range through the public feedback form;
• an optional feedback comment and beta-interest choice; and
• support context you choose to place in that optional feedback comment.

For support or privacy questions, contact support@drishq.com or use the Drishq contact page. Do not include passwords, customer data, or other sensitive information.

Scan, technical and usage information

When you use the scanner, Drishq MarketCheck records operational details such as the store hostname, product handle, selected countries, scan time, status, issue and unverified counts, duration, and whether sample data was used.

The site creates a random, pseudonymous visit identifier in browser session storage. It connects basic events during that session and lets you update one feedback response instead of creating duplicates. Feedback records contain the identifier, rating, willingness range, optional comment, optional beta interest, and timestamps. Optional scanner suggestions contain the suggestion, its scanner context, the pseudonymous session identifier, and submission time. These application records do not contain an email address or IP address.

Hosting infrastructure necessarily processes request information needed to serve and protect the site, which may include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security logs. The application does not add those details to its customer database.

Authorized Shopify app information

The Drishq MarketCheck Shopify app is available on the Shopify App Store. When installed, it requests only the limited Shopify permissions needed for its documented functionality: retrieving product status, variants, inventory quantities, Shopify Markets and regions, market-context pricing, and product publication status for a requested catalog scan.

The authorization token is encrypted before storage and is used only for the installed shop. Drishq MarketCheck does not request customer, order, payment, or write access. Uninstall and verified privacy-deletion webhooks remove the stored shop authorization.

How Drishq MarketCheck uses information

• to run requested public-storefront checks and show results;
• to authenticate an installed Shopify app and provide requested product-by-market catalog diagnostics;
• to record beta interest and monitoring preferences;
• to understand product usefulness and demand;
• to provide private aggregate reporting and recent-response review to the owner;
• to review feedback and support context submitted through the feedback form;
• to improve reliability and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions; and
• to investigate errors and protect the service and its users.

Browser storage and service providers

The scanner uses browser session storage—not a tracking cookie—to keep a random visit identifier for the duration of the browser session. The application does not currently include advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics.

Drishq MarketCheck uses OpenAI Sites for site delivery and Cloudflare infrastructure, including Workers and D1, to run the application and store its records. To perform a scan, it sends automated requests to the public Shopify storefront you submit. A temporary test cart may be created and cleared; checkout is not submitted.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or support a transfer of the service. Personal data is not sold.

Retention and security

Drishq MarketCheck keeps trial, scan, usage-event and feedback records only as long as reasonably needed to provide and evaluate the service, maintain accurate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Shopify shop authorization is retained while the Shopify app remains installed and is removed after a verified uninstall or applicable deletion request. Retention may vary by record type and may be shortened or extended for security, legal compliance, backups, or an unresolved request.

Practical safeguards include encrypted Shopify credentials and authorization tokens, signed Shopify session and webhook verification, least-privilege read-only scopes, and authenticated owner-email-only access to private reporting and exports. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a store URL, public feedback, or beta request. During the same browser session, you can submit the feedback form again to update your response.

For a privacy question or request, use the Contact Drishq Support page and follow its current support instructions. Club 70 may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where permitted or required.

Children and international processing

Drishq MarketCheck is a business storefront-testing service and is not directed to children. Club 70 is based in India, while service providers may process or store information in other countries with different privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Drishq MarketCheck's features, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
